Membership
You do not need to be a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or Certified Hazardous Materials Professional (CHMP) to join NMSHMM. All professionals and students are welcome!
NMSHMM is one of 40 chapters across the country associated with the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP). AHMP membership allows for individual members to network and increase their effectiveness as professional hazardous materials managers. This nationwide capability expands the horizons of technical information and assistance to members and help them explore new and better career opportunities. To become a member of AHMP, go to www.ahmpnet.org. Combined AHMP/NMSHMM dues are available.
